Kylie Hannan Owner/Director
Instructor Lyrical, Jazz, Modern/Contemporary, Hip Hop
Kylie has been dancing since an early age and started off with the foundation of dance,
ballet at McBride School or Dancing. She later discovered the expanding world of dance
including jazz, lyrical, hip hop and modern. She later trained at Tammys School of
Dance, Pure Dance and Harbour Dance Centre. Competing solos, groups, choreography
pieces and attending workshops and master classes all over Canada and the United States. |
She later joined the Source Dance Company directed by Joanne Pesusich
based out of Harbour Dance Centre in Vancouver. This opportunity opened up to many jobs
and performances in the lower mainland including dancing for various singers, Roxy and
Quicksilver clothing, The Dragon Boat Festival, Various Club Promotions, New School music
video, choreographing for music artists, etc.
However Kylies true passion is teaching, she has been instructing for over 10 years
in all disciplines of dance. Watching someones determination and hard work finally
pay off is an amazing gift in life. Her dancers have been very successful in competitions
all over British Columbia and in the North West States. She has received numerous
highscore and choreography awards for her routines.
Kylie believes in the studio growing, improving and supporting each other as a family.

Kim Klassen - Tap, Lyrical, Jazz, Musical Theatre
Kim presently attends Simon Fraser University, faculty of education. Kim has danced since
the age of four and has won numerous awards nationally and internationally. Kim has
trained in all forms of dance, her specialties are modern, lyrical and her favorite, tap.
Kim has trained in both CDTA and Al Gilbert tap methods and is looking forward to working
with the fusion students. |

Jessica Demarzo
Instructor Ballet
Jessica began dancing at the age of six and has trained with many well known
choreographers both local and abroad. Jessica has trained in Ballet (RAD), Jazz, Lyrical,
Musical Theatre, Contemporary/Modern, Tap and Hip Hop. She graduated from the Langley Fine
Arts School in 2008 where she studied both dance and theatre.As a young dancer she won a
number of awards and bursaries from various competitions and festivals throughout the
Lower Mainland. She has also performed at a number of honours performances. |
Jessica has danced in the opening of the B.C. Country Music Awards (2005);
she has also performed in Disneyland and has movie credits which include John Tucker Must
Die (2006).
In 2008 she passed her RAD Grade 8 award exam with distinction and plans to complete her
ballet teaching certification through the Royal Academy of Dance. As a young teen, Jessica
began choreographing solo`s and duo`s for herself as well as other students, this is when
she first realized her love of teaching. Jessica has taught for various studios throughout
the Lower Mainland and her choreography has won awards and high scores at local
competitions and festivals.
Jessica believes that with hard work, determination and passion for dancing there are no
limits to what one can achieve!

Rachelle Dyer
Instructor Ballet
Rachelle Dyer has been dancing for over 15 years. Starting out at the age of five at
Boswell Dance Academy she completed all of her RAD syllabus grades from primary to her
grade eight award as well as Intermediate foundation through Advanced 2. This strong
ballet background was supplemented when she began training at Danzmode Productions under
the critical eye of Rachael Poirier. Her years at Danzmode were successful some of the
highlights being winning the overall award at the Surrey Festival no borders competition.
Dancing with Rachael Poirier also gave Rachelle the opportunity to perform in industrial
shows and work closely with other local artists.

Upon leaving Danzmode Rachelle ventured on to perform with Royal Caribbean
cruise lines on the Radiance of the Seas where she had the opportunity to visit countries
such as Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Chile and many more. She also began her aerial training
under the instruction of Mista Fallen and Nathan Soanka. It was here that she was
introduced to and fell in love with aeiral silks, hoop/lyra, handloop, halo harness and
net.
Since debarking from the Radiance Rachelle has cruised with Princess Cruise lines on the
Coral Princess and is now teaching ballet at studios throughout the lower mainland.
